Opening order minimum is $150 and reorder minimum is $100.

Wholesale orders normally ship within 3-5 business days via
USPS. If we unexpectedly expect a delay with your order, we will contact you
immediately with an updated shipping estimate. And if any items are backordered, we will ship the rest of your order now and ship the backordered items when they arrive at no extra shipping charge to you.

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Payments are processed when your order is placed.

Greeting cards are individually packaged in clear, sealable cello sleeves and then banded into sets of 6 for easy counting. Stickers are shipped loose but are sealed in sets of 6 in small glassine envelopes to protect them during shipping.

Please note: all products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.

Every product is illustrated and designed by Steph. All products are sourced and printed in the US, and every product is quality checked by us before we package and ship.

We launch new products every 3-6 months, usually aiming for January, April and July launches, although we will sometimes have special product launches at other times. The best way to keep up with new products is by
subscribing to our wholesale newsletter.

Damaged or incorrectly shipped items may be refunded or exchanged.

Please notify us of any damaged or incorrect items within 5 business days of
receiving your order. Other returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Orders must be cancelled with 1 business day. Please contact us to cancel your order.

All orders ship via USPS unless otherwise requested. If you need an expedited order, please contact us in advance of ordering.
